Shipping policy

Each order is packed by hand at the Burlington clinic, usually within one to three business days. We ship across Canada and worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Canadian statutory holidays.

Domestic shipping (Canada)

Domestic orders are sent via tracked Canadian shipping — typically Canada Post Expedited, occasionally an alternative carrier where it offers better service to a particular postal code. Transit times exclude the 1–3 day processing window above. Remote postal codes (the Far North, some rural areas) may take longer. All Canadian shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.

International shipping

We ship worldwide using tracked international post or courier services (most commonly Canada Post Tracked Packet or Xpresspost, with alternatives used where they offer better service). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

Estimated transit times (after dispatch):

  • United States — 6–10 business days
  • United Kingdom and Western Europe — 7–14 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, Asia — 10–21 business days
  • Rest of world — 14–28 business days

Transit times outside Canada are estimates only. Customs clearance can add unpredictable delays beyond our or the carrier's control.

Customs duties and import taxes (international orders)

For orders shipped outside Canada, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rate. These are charged by the destination country's customs authority and are payable on delivery.

Refusing a parcel due to unwillingness to pay duty does not entitle you to a refund of the original shipping charge. The cost of return shipping (if the parcel is returned to us) will also be deducted from any refund issued.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking information shows no movement for 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please write to info@a-yur-veda.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and resolve the issue with you — usually by reshipping or refunding.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please follow the instructions in our Refund & Return Policy: photograph the parcel and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email the photographs to info@a-yur-veda.com. We will replace or refund the affected items.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's cost.
