Refund policy

We stand behind every tool that leaves our shop. Each one is chosen by Dr. Arlini Singh and used in her own clinic before it is offered to you. If something arrives damaged, please write to us — we will make it right.

Why our metal tools are non-returnable

The Kansa Foot Massage Wand, Kansa Gua Sha, and Copper Tongue Scraper all make direct contact with the skin or the oral cavity. Once a parcel has been shipped from our clinic, we have no way to verify the skin condition, sensitivity, oral health, or hygiene practices of the person handling the tool — and any item returned cannot, in good conscience, be resold to another patient.

For this reason, all metal-bodied tools sold by A-YUR-VEDA are final-sale once the order has been dispatched. This is a public-health decision, not a commercial one, and it applies regardless of whether the item has been used or whether the original packaging is intact.

The protections below — cancellation before shipping, damaged-in-transit replacement, and the wrong-item-sent provision — remain available to every customer.

Cancellation before shipping

If you change your mind before your order has been packed and dispatched, write to info@a-yur-veda.com with your order number and we will cancel and refund in full. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of receipt, so please write promptly.

Once an order has been packed and a shipping label with tracking has been generated, the final-sale rule above takes effect.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, or any item inside is broken or defective, please photograph the parcel and the affected item within 48 hours of delivery and email the photographs to info@a-yur-veda.com along with your order number.

We will replace the item at no cost to you, or refund it in full — your choice. There is no need to return the damaged item unless we ask.

Wrong item sent

If we have made an error and shipped the wrong item, write to us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange and pay for the return of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct one at no cost.

Refund processing

Where a refund applies (cancellation before shipping, damaged-in-transit, or wrong item sent), the credit is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of our confirmation. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time for the credit to appear on your statement (typically 3–10 business days, depending on the issuer).

Original shipping charges are refunded only where the issue arose from our error (wrong item sent, or damaged on arrival).

International orders

International customers are subject to the same final-sale rule on metal tools. The damaged-in-transit and wrong-item-sent protections apply equally. If we agree to a return for any reason, please mark the parcel clearly as a "RETURN OF GOODS" on the customs declaration so we are not charged import duty on a returned item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Consultation refunds

This policy applies to physical products only. Refunds and cancellations for consultations are governed by the booking policy displayed in Jane App at the time of booking. The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable.
